He is a fitness coach certified by the International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professional (ICREP) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Jugraj is known for his exemplary performance in the Advanced Fitness Assessment held by the Fitness and Sports Association. Jugraj has more than four years of field experience in the areas of weight training, fat loss, muscle growth, and nutrition. Jugraj has completed his graduation with a Bachelor of Arts- Physical Education. Through his in-depth knowledge of nutrition and the cardiovascular system, Jugraj seeks to provide people with scientific solutions to their health issues, commonly associated with fat loss or muscle gain. Jugraj envisions creating an inclusive environment where people are comfortable talking about their health problems without being stigmatized by society based on class, color, age, or gender. Under Jugraj’s guidance, training patterns are designed from his primary and secondary research studies in medical sciences.
Thus, all health schedules are well researched and backed up with factual and medical knowledge about clients including their sleep cycles, medical history, and nutritional patterns. During the past year, Jugraj realized that although WFH (work from home) was the preferred method for the functioning of most companies, however, it led to a major spike in serious issues such as musculoskeletal pain, eye strain, and deteriorating mental health. Jugraj believes that corporate fitness needs emergent attention and systematic plans for treating the affected employees. Thus, Jugraj is looking forward to utilizing his knowledge and experience and collaborate with corporates and create healthy working culture.
